Telehealth allows me to be available to you in the comfort of your own home, wether you live in a rural location or in a bustling community. It is my priority to make sure all clients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. Whether this is your fist time seeking a Counseling relationship, or you have had other therapeutic experiences in the past, I want to help you find success in your goals. During your first session, we will explore what has brought you and I will get to more know about your history. From there, we will work together to lay out a plan for your Counseling experience and set some achievable goals. We will then set an appointment for your next session where we will get started on the work of bettering your life!
